RETURNS

Riafashions.com gives you the option to Exchange or Return the products bought on Riafashions.com within 7 days of the receipt of the order. 
You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:

  1. With the quality of the product
  2. With the fitting of the product
  3. With a Manufacturing Defect
  4. Or if you receive a damaged product
Please note that there will be up to a $5 restocking fee on tunics & $20 on Classic Readymades that are simple returns.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. You can return any unwanted items back to us within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot refund any used item. Please follow the quick and easy steps below;

  • Fill out your reason(s) for return on your delivery note.
  • Enclose your delivery note with the item, selecting the reason for return, and package up securely; please use original packaging.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed.

Can I cancel/return my order part of my order?

We don’t honor any cancellation once the item is ordered.  In case you have received faulty or incorrect product, we may ask you to ship the product back to us and we shall reship or issue refund for faulty/incorrect items. However, we can exchange the item for you for another size , Color or Item. Regarding exchange of any item please drop us an email at customer-service@riafashions.com along with the reason for return and our Customer care representatives will provide you the instructions to follow for Exchange.

What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?

Please call the customer service desk  to reorder new product or to issue a refund.

If you receive items you did not order or if items are missing from your order, please call our customer service desk to reorder item or to refund.
