RETURNS

We inspect and quality check each item before dispatch twice, to ensure the size, quality and color is up to standards. Most of our products are made-to-order, which means they are custom made for you only after the order is placed. Outside of any manufacturing defects or errors on our end, items can be returned for store credit only.

1. For any sizing or fitting issues, you can request a product exchange or return here (https://riafashions.returnscenter.com) within 3 days of delivery of the product. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping. 

2. If an incorrect size or product was sent from our end, please request a return here (https://riafashions.returnscenter.com) within 3 days of delivery of the product. Our team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label within 24 hours and offer a replacement or refund. 

3. Lehengas, Sarees and Men's made to order items are fully custom stitched once your order is placed and are not eligible for return. 

4. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. You can return eligible unwanted items back to us within 3 days of delivery. Please note, your return package needs to be postmarked back to us within 3 days of receipt of your return approval to be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot refund any used item. Please follow the quick and easy steps below;

  • Please click on this link to initiate a return. Please also send us an email at fashionsria@gmail.com with the tracking details.
  • Fill out your reason(s) for return on your delivery note.
  • Enclose your delivery note with the item, selecting the reason for return, and package up securely; please use original packaging. 
  • Please note you will be responsible for return shipping.
  • We thoroughly inspect your returned items, to see if it has been worn, damaged or altered. The customer must pay for any damages or alterations done by them on their return.
  • Please allow 1 week for returns to be processed. 
  • Items sent back without a return approval will be returned to the customer and return shipping fees will be deducted. 
  • Once the return is processed, you will be sent a store credit coupon to be used at your convenience.

Can I cancel/return my order part of my order?

We don’t honor any cancellation once the item is ordered.  In case you have received faulty or incorrect product, we may ask you to ship the product back to us and we shall reship or issue refund for faulty/incorrect items. However, we can exchange the item for you for another size , color or item. Regarding exchange of any item please drop us an email at fashionsria@gmail.com along with the reason for return and our Customer care representatives will provide you the instructions to follow for Exchange.
